This site is designed to simplify interactions between the public and Procurement Services and to provide a user-friendly Internet portal where vendors can register; receive policy information; download bids, proposals and award notifications.

We strive to maintain fair and equitable treatment of all vendors and to provide quality customer service while facilitating the District's goals of academic achievement, constant innovation, employee professionalism, and operational efficiency.

Vendor Information

We invite all businesses to participate in the District's purchasing process. New Vendors who have not conducted business with the District are encouraged to print out a New Vendor Registration Form and return the completed document to Virginia Riggs via fax or email. Current Vendors are encouraged to verify annually that all registration information is current and up to date.

Vendors should regularly monitor the District website for new bids that are of interest to their organization. As a courtesy, the District attempts to contact registered vendors as bids are released; however no guarantee is made or implied that the District will notify vendors of any current or upcoming bids.
